Subject: Mudge Scripture Prayer
May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble!
May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!
May he send you help from the sanctuary
And give you support from Zion!
May he remember all your offerings
And regard with favor your burnt sacrifices!
May he grant you your heart’s desire
And fulfill all your plans!
May we shout for joy over your salvation
And in the name of our God set up our banners!
May the Lord fulfill all your petitions! (Psalm 20: 1-5)
Lord God, Heavenly Father, we ask for Father Shaw Mudge all the joy and benefit of abiding with You. May You answer him in the day of trouble. May You send him help from the sanctuary and give him every support that he needs. Please remember and regard with favor all the work that he does for You. Grant him his heart’s desire and fulfill all his plans and petitions. We will shout for joy for every encounter that results in people of Belize growing in your love.
Lord, we ask for your favor on the newer global aspects of Father Shaw’s ministry: on the translation of the teaching materials into Spanish and for advances in opportunities to minister in Kasulu. Most of all, help him in his preparation for the trip to Belize in mid-May. And bless and guide all of the Mudges as they proceed with their projects dedicated to You. Amen.

Subject: Mudge Making a Difference Prayer Mail for April 29
Dear partners in prayer, This is our public prayer mail for April 29. Happy Easter season! Alleluia! Alleluia!
This week's selective overview:
There is a lot going on that may enhance the online program in Kasulu and in Belize, particularly people transitioning out and people transitioning in. Thank you to everyone who has been participating, and welcome aboard to all who are beginning a new phase.
The results from the dental work have been great. Discomfort only lasted a day. Thank you for praying.
I continue to work on missionary online projects and prepare for the upcoming trip to Belize.
1) Pray for my mission trip to Belize in mid-May, and for accomplishing what God has asked me to do.
2) Pray for the proposed new Spanish direction of our online program materials - translation work may begin in May. It has potential to reach beyond Belize.
3) Pray for the course development work, for people considering lay vocations, for students and for faculty. And pray for upcoming program discussions that may be taking place in Kasulu over the month of May.
4) Pray for our parish visitation schedule in the US and in Belize, that God would connect us with the places that he would like us to visit.
5) Prayers for discernment. Several family members need God's help, and/or his guidance.
In Christ, Shaw+, and on behalf of Julie+

So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. (Philippians 2: 1-2)
Father God, Father Shaw and Mother Julie and all of the faculty of the Global On-Line Anglican Theological College want to make a difference for You. We pray for their students as Paul prayed for the Philippians: may they experience encouragement in your Son, Jesus Christ, get comfort from the unconditional love that only You can give, and be guided by the Holy Spirit in all that they do. May they complete Father Shaw’s joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, and being in full accord and of one mind as they grow in their discipleship and their love of You. Amen.
