[Note from Torre: We are going to the Diocesan Convention and then on Tuesday I will be having my right knee replaced at Saratoga Hospital. I expect to be off the computer for the next couple of weeks.]

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. (Jeremiah 31:33)
      LORD, write your Torah on my mind and heart so that I will be a man after your own heart.

No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more." (Jeremiah 31:34)
      Holy Spirit, so move at the Diocesan Convention that each person there will come away from the weekend knowing you and our Father in heaven and his son Jesus Christ. Thank you

***** Liz Miller, Diocese of Down and Dromore in Ireland spoke at the Healing Service at Christ the King Spiritual Life Center on Tuesday. She strongly recommended the following book (which is available on Amazon as a paperback or Kindle edition). I am currently reading it and strongly recommend it myself. Torre

***** Mudge Scripture Prayer
For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3: 14-19)
      Father God, As Paul prayed for the Ephesians, so we pray for Father Shaw Mudge. We pray that our of your glorious riches You may strengthen Father Shaw with power through the Holy Spirit in his inner being. May Christ dwell in his heart always increasing his faith. And being rooted and established in love, may Father Shaw and his family and his students have power to grasp and always remember how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. May they know this love that surpasses knowledge and be filled to overflowing with all the fullness of You, God.
      We send a special prayer for the Albany Diocesan Convention. May the Mudges have some special “holy appointments”, meeting with people that can help them in their ministry. And may they have a time of fellowship with old friends and new, and get some rest and recreation as well. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

3 or 4 people said, "God bless you," as I walked in the door past the people waiting to enter to get their evening meal.

Herman (man) -- He said God has been blessing him.

Ted (volunteer) -- His granddaughter Camille is getting a new drug intravenously.

Dan (staff) -- He asked for prayer for Joshua who was involved in a fight last week.

+ a Antonio (young man) -- "A job." We prayed for a blessing on his search.

+ 199 Steve and + Sarah (young couple, she is pregnant by him) -- Steve just rededicated his life to Jesus two nights ago. A water pipe burst over the fuse box in their apartment house and they are staying at the mission.

+Sonia (woman) -- Her son is autistic and getting picked on by other kids. +Justine her finance and their baby Malachi -- he wants to be God's man. They are getting evicted and their finances are in disarray.

+Christina and + Cliff and many nephews and nieces and +children --We prayed for her mother Mary whom they suspect has cancer.
