2015 11 29

Luke 21:25 (NKJV)
"And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring;"
Holy Spirit, help us read the signs of the times.

Luke 21:26 (NKJV)
"men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of heaven will be shaken."
Jesus, help people beset by fear to turn to you for comfort.

Luke 21:27-28 (NKJV)
"Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."
Come soon, Lord Jesus; come soon!

1 Thessalonians 3:11 (NKJV)
Now may our God and Father Himself, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way to you.
Direct my footsteps, Lord, so that I do not falter.

1 Thessalonians 3:13 (NKJV)
so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.
Jesus, establish us blameless before your throne of grace.

Psalm 50:14-15 (NKJV)
14 Offer to God thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High. Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me."
LORD, help me make good my vows to you and call upon you in my hour of need.

Word: Look to me in the day of trouble. Look to me for comfort in your sorrow.
