"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me daily ask, seek and knock to receive all that Jesus has for me.

Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! Matthew 7:9-11 (NKJV)
Father, help us give what is good for our children.

"Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. Matthew 7:13-14 (NKJV)
Jesus, shepherd of my soul; help me daily enter in through your narrow gate.

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 (NKJV)
Holy Trinity, One God, help me enter into the everlasting consolation and good hope you offer me.

Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule with justice. Isaiah 32:1 (NKJV)
Father, raise up rulers and governors over us who will rule in righteousness. Thank you.

Also the schemes of the schemer are evil; he devises wicked plans to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaks justice. But a generous man devises generous things, and by generosity he shall stand. Isaiah 32:7-8 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, bring to repentance the evil schemers who would destroy the poor and bless those who are generous to those in need.

A word received: Don't be afraid in times of evil; I AM from everlasting and a sure refuge.

And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil, and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with the fragrant oil. Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke to himself, saying, "This man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman this is who is touching Him, for she is a sinner." Luke 7:37-39 (NKJV)
Lord Jesus, you know our thoughts even before we speak. Cleanse our minds of all impurity.

And Jesus answered and said to him, "Simon, I have something to say to you." So he said, "Teacher, say it." "There was a certain creditor who had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. And when they had nothing with which to repay, he freely forgave them both. Tell Me, therefore, which of them will love him more?" Simon answered and said, "I suppose the one whom he forgave more." And He said to him, "You have rightly judged." Luke 7:40-43 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, let the cleansing fire of forgiveness flood our souls.

Then He turned to the woman and said to Simon, "Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has washed My feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head. You gave Me no kiss, but this woman has not ceased to kiss My feet since the time I came in. You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil. Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little." Then He said to her, "Your sins are forgiven." And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves, "Who is this who even forgives sins?" Then He said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you. Go in peace." Luke 7:44-50 (NKJV)
Father, let the good that flows out of our hearts lead to deeds that bring us forgiveness as it did with this woman.

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them. Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord. Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged. Colossians 3:18-21 (NKJV)
Father, bring you order into the lives of our families. Help us see beyond our own cultural blinders to what you want.

Bondservants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh, not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:22-24 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us be good workers for our managers so that we may receive what you have prepared for us.

Masters, give your bondservants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven. Colossians 4:1 (NKJV)
LORD, transform the attitudes of managers toward their workers.

Epaphras, who is one of you, a bondservant of Christ, greets you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. Colossians 4:12 (NKJV)
Jesus, raise up men and women like Epaphras who will labor fervently in prayer for the saints of God.

And say to Archippus, "Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it." Colossians 4:17 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us take heed to fulfill the ministries you have given us.

"If it had not been the LORD who was on our side," Let Israel now say-- "If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, When men rose up against us, Then they would have swallowed us alive, When their wrath was kindled against us; Then the waters would have overwhelmed us, The stream would have gone over our soul; Then the swollen waters Would have gone over our soul." Psalm 124:1-5 (NKJV)
Blessed be the LORD, Who has not given us as prey to their teeth. Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; The snare is broken, and we have escaped. Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. Psalm 124:6-8 (NKJV)

A word received: I have come to you with my love, a Father's love.
