2018 02 05

Pray that God will prepare our hearts to receive His blessing.

On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink." John 7:37 (NKJV)
Jesus, I come to you; quench my thirst.

"He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." John 7:38 (NKJV)
Jesus, let your living water flow through me.

Then the officers came to the chief priests and Pharisees, who said to them, "Why have you not brought Him?" The officers answered, "No man ever spoke like this Man!" Then the Pharisees answered them, "Are you also deceived? Have any of the rulers or the Pharisees believed in Him? But this crowd that does not know the law is accursed." John 7:45-49 (NKJV)
Holy Father, bring the educated elite in the church to cease holding the common people in contempt.

Remember the prisoners as if chained with them--those who are mistreated--since you yourselves are in the body also. Hebrews 13:3 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please help us remember those in prison; for many of them are in the Body of Christ.

Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV)
Jesus, thank you for your faithfulness.

So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:6 (NKJV)
     Jesus, you are my helper.

A Word Received: Find your strength and your peace in me.
