Please pray for vocations to the Sisters of St. Mary, the Daughters of the King, the healing ministry, and the Franciscan Community of the Holy Cross.
And again He entered Capernaum after some days, and it was heard that He was in the house. Immediately many gathered together, so that there was no longer room to receive them, not even near the door. And He preached the word to them. Mark 2:1-2 (NKJV)
I pray for my home, Jesus, that your word will be preached here to many.
Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, 'Arise, take up your bed and walk'? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins"--He said to the paralytic, I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house." Mark 2:9-11 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please help me bring many to forgiveness of sins.
And those who stood by said, "Do you revile God's high priest?" Then Paul said, "I did not know, brethren, that he was the high priest; for it is written, 'You shall not speak evil of a ruler of your people.' " Acts 23:4-5 (NKJV)
Father, help us repent of reviling those set over us.
But the following night the Lord stood by him and said, "Be of good cheer, Paul; for as you have testified for Me in Jerusalem, so you must also bear witness at Rome." Acts 23:11 (NKJV)
Jesus, help us also be of good cheer as we testify about your love and compassion and judgment.
Sing aloud to God our strength; make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob. Raise a song and strike the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the lute. Psalm 81:1-2 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me sing your songs again.
"Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways! I would soon subdue their enemies, and turn My hand against their adversaries. Psalm 81:13-14 (NKJV)
I pray for Israel to listen to you, LORD.
A Word Received: Look to me for hope that does not disappoint.
