Pray for vocations to lay ministry.

On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." John 7:37-38 (NKJV)
Jesus, I believe in you; let rivers of living water flow out of my heart.

Now some of them wanted to take Him, but no one laid hands on Him. Then the officers came to the chief priests and Pharisees, who said to them, "Why have you not brought Him?" The officers answered, "No man ever spoke like this Man!" Then the Pharisees answered them, "Are you also deceived? Have any of the rulers or the Pharisees believed in Him? But this crowd that does not know the law is accursed." John 7:44-49 (NKJV)
Jesus, set the rulers and elders of the church free from contempt for those of simple faith in you.

While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word. Acts 10:44 (NKJV)
Lord, let this be the fruit of authentic gospel preaching -- that your Holy Spirit will fall on the people.

"Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?" Acts 10:47 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please help us recognize the gifts you have given others.

Nor is there any mediator between us, who may lay his hand on us both. Job 9:33 (NKJV)
Jesus, thank you for coming and being the mediator between God the Father and man.

O LORD, do not rebuke me in Your anger, nor chasten me in Your hot displeasure. Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled. Psalm 6:1-2 (NKJV)
LORD, you know my weakness; strengthen me by your Holy Spirit.

Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; for the LORD has heard the voice of my weeping. The LORD has heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer. Psalm 6:8-9 (NKJV)
Thank you, LORD, for receiving my prayer.

A Word Received: Rest in me, son. I Am your Father and have adopted you.
