2018 09 11

Please pray for Bishop Bill and the clergy and laity of this diocese as we cope with the decisions of the Episcopal General Convention.

And in Lystra a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mother's womb, who had never walked. This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice, "Stand up straight on your feet!" And he leaped and walked. Acts 14:8-10 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please grant us faith to be healed.

Nevertheless He did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good, gave us rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness." Acts 14:17 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, fill our hearts and help us to be witnesses to God's provision for us all.

When His lamp shone upon my head, and when by His light I walked through darkness; Job 29:3 (NKJV)
Father, let your light shine on our path and guide us through the darkness.

I was eyes to the blind, and I was feet to the lame. Job 29:15 (NKJV)
Jesus, please help us to be eyes to the blind and feet to the lame.

He shall regard the prayer of the destitute, and shall not despise their prayer. Psalm 102:17 (NKJV)
LORD, regard the prayer of the destitute.

To hear the groaning of the prisoner, to release those appointed to death, Psalm 102:20 (NKJV)
LORD, set the prisoners free in you.

The children of Your servants will continue, and their descendants will be established before You." Psalm 102:28 (NKJV)
Jesus, establish our children and grandchildren and theirs before you. Thank you.

A Word Received: Don't be afraid; I Am with you in all your troubles. You are not alone.
