2018 11 15

I am no longer using Facebook. I got tired of all the scam friend requests.

But when he came to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! Luke 15:17 (NKJV)
Father, there is great spiritual hunger in this land. Help us return to you lest we perish.

I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants." ' Luke 15:18-19 (NKJV)
Father, please help us acknowledge our sins to you.

And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. Luke 15:20 (NKJV)
Father, thank you for rushing to meet us when we turn to you.

But the father said to his servants, 'Bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; Luke 15:22-23 (NKJV)
Father, thank you for welcoming us back with open arms.

But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. Luke 15:28 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please help us give up our resentments because you bless others.

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. James 1:2-3 (NKJV)
Jesus, please help us count the present trials of the diocese as joy because you are producing the fruit of your Spirit in us.

For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. James 1:7-8 (NKJV)
Set us free, Jesus, from being double-minded.

"So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. Joel 2:25 (NKJV)
Jesus, please restore to us what the locust has consumed.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1 (NKJV)
Jesus, please set us free from fear and help us walk by your light. Thank you.

A Word Received: Seek my light which never goes out.
