Holy Spirit, help us recognize that we don't "own" the church; it belongs to Jesus. We are only stewards.

For you yourselves know, brethren, that our coming to you was not in vain. But even after we had suffered before and were spitefully treated at Philippi, as you know, we were bold in our God to speak to you the gospel of God in much conflict. 1 Thessalonians 2:1-2 (NKJV)
Lord Jesus, please give us boldness to speak the gospel.

that you would walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory. 1 Thessalonians 2:12 (NKJV)
Help us walk worthy of you, God.

"Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isaiah 1:18 (NKJV)
Holy Father, please help the leaders of the diocese and the leaders of the national church reason together with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, O my soul! Psalm 146:1 (NKJV)
LORD God of Hosts, help my soul sing your praises.

A Word Received: Wait on me for my provision.
