Then the sea arose because a great wind was blowing. So when they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near the boat; and they were afraid. But He said to them, "It is I; do not be afraid." John 6:18-20 (NKJV)
Jesus, in the storms of life, when you draw near, help me set aside my fear.
Then they willingly received Him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land where they were going. John 6:21 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please help me willingly receive Jesus more and more into my life.
Jesus answered them and said, "Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him." John 6:26-27 (NKJV)
Father, please help me labor for food which lasts to eternal life.
Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Revelation 3:10 (NKJV)
Jesus, help me persevere and please keep me from the hour of trial.
Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, My servants shall eat, but you shall be hungry; behold, My servants shall drink, but you shall be thirsty; behold, My servants shall rejoice, but you shall be ashamed; behold, My servants shall sing for joy of heart, but you shall cry for sorrow of heart, and wail for grief of spirit. Isaiah 65:13-14 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me to be a faithful servant of Jesus.
Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His hosts! Praise Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all you stars of light! Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, and you waters above the heavens! Let them praise the name of the LORD, for He commanded and they were created. Psalm 148:1-5 (NKJV)
LORD, you have created me and I praise and bless you.
A Word Received: Wait; wait for my times and seasons. Wait with hope and expectation. I Am coming.
