Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this, said, "This is a hard saying; who can understand it?" When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples complained about this, He said to them, "Does this offend you? John 6:60-61 (NKJV)
Help us all repent, Jesus, when we are offended by your hard sayings.

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, bring us to new life in you.

And He said, "Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father." John 6:65 (NKJV)
Father, grant that you will draw this diocese to you.

That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed. Romans 9:8 (NKJV)
Father, help us to be children of the promise.

Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens. Romans 9:18 (NKJV)
     Jesus, have mercy on us.

Thus says the LORD of hosts: "Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They make you worthless; they speak a vision of their own heart, not from the mouth of the LORD. They continually say to those who despise Me, 'The LORD has said, "You shall have peace" '; and to everyone who walks according to the dictates of his own heart, they say, 'No evil shall come upon you.' " Jeremiah 23:16-17 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us repent of listening to lying prophets in the Church.

He turns a wilderness into pools of water, and dry land into watersprings. Psalm 107:35 (NKJV)
LORD, flood the wilderness areas of my life with your living waters.

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth; that Your beloved may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and hear me. Psalm 108:5-6 (NKJV)
LORD, be exalted so that we may be delivered.

A Word Received: Turn to me; look to me for justice and righteousness.
