Children of God by third day

Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me. John 10:25 (NKJV)
Father, thank you for adopting me – for being my Dad.

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. John 10:27 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help our works bear witness to Jesus.

If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), John 10:35 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, restore to your people and church the knowledge that the Scriptures cannot be broken.

God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel, saying, "LORD, they have killed Your prophets and torn down Your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life"? But what does the divine response say to him? "I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal." Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace. Romans 11:2-5 (NKJV)
Father, help me be accounted among that seven thousand in this generation.

Then Jeremiah spoke to all the princes and all the people, saying: "The LORD sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city with all the words that you have heard. Now therefore, amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the LORD your God; then the LORD will relent concerning the doom that He has pronounced against you. Jeremiah 26:12-13 (NKJV)
LORD, help us amend our ways.

Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me. Psalm 131:2 (NKJV)
     Holy Spirit, quiet my soul.

Let Your priests be clothed with righteousness, and let Your saints shout for joy. Psalm 132:9 (NKJV)
Jesus, clothe our priests with righteousness and let your people shout for joy.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! Psalm 133:1 (NKJV)
Lord Jesus, let your peace which passes all understanding come to the Diocesan Convention.

A Word Received: Wait for me; wait on my word; don't rush ahead of me.
