"Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay reasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19-21 (NKJV)
I am no longer my own, but thine. Put me to what thou wilt, rank me with whom thou wilt; put me to doing, put me to suffering; let me be employed for thee or laid aside for thee, exalted for thee or brought low for thee; let me be full, let me be empty; let me have all things, let me have nothing; I freely and heartily yield all things to thy pleasure and disposal.
And now, O glorious and blessed God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, thou art mine, and I am thine. So be it. And the covenant which I have made on earth, let it be ratified in heaven. Amen.
From the Watch Night Service by John Wesley.

"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. Matthew 6:22 (NKJV)
Jesus, please help me see the good in others.

But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! Matthew 6:23 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, set my heart free from the darkness of anger.

"No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Matthew 6:24 (NKJV)
Jesus, help me serve only you.

O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory. Psalm 63:1-2 (NKJV)
As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. Psalm 42:1 (NKJV)

Because You have been my help, therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice. Psalm 63:7 (NKJV)
Jesus, thank you that I am under the shadow of your wings.

A Word Received: Come to me, I Am waiting for you with arms open wide.
