(American Cemetery, Manila, The Philippines)
Pray for the Welcome Home Initiative which is going on right now.

And it came to pass, when all the people had completely crossed over the Jordan, that the LORD spoke to Joshua, saying: "Take for yourselves twelve men from the people, one man from every tribe, and command them, saying, 'Take for yourselves twelve stones from here, out of the midst of the Jordan, from the place where the priests' feet stood firm. You shall carry them over with you and leave them in the lodging place where you lodge tonight.' " Joshua 4:1-3
Holy Spirit, help us daily pick up those stones of remembrance and recall what you have done for us.

and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. Genesis 9:15
Thank you, Father, for remembering us even when we have forgotten you.

When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the LORD your God, and you will be saved from your enemies. Numbers 10:9
Jesus, raise up men and women to sound the trumpet for us to be remembered.

And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. Deuteronomy 8:2
Holy Spirit, please help us remember that you are leading us into the land of promise. Purify our hearts for the journey.

"Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:18-19
Jesus, do not let us be so imprisoned by the past that we miss what you are doing among us now.

"Go and cry in the hearing of Jerusalem, saying, 'Thus says the LORD: "I remember you, The kindness of your youth, The love of your betrothal, When you went after Me in the wilderness, In a land not sown. Jeremiah 2:2
Holy Trinity, One God, thank you for remember us even when we have forgotten you. Help us remember those who have fallen in your service.

Then he said to Jesus, "Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom." Luke 23:42
Jesus, we trust that you will remember us now and at the hour of our death.

He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, Luke 24:6
Holy Spirit, thank you for giving us the hope of the resurrection and that we can say with Job "For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; and after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, Whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not as a stranger. How my heart yearns within me! (Job 19:25-27)"

A Word Received: Remember those who have fallen in my service; do not forget them.
