Pray for Bishop Bill and the diocese.

Then they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him. And He took him aside from the multitude, and put His fingers in his ears, and He spat and touched his tongue. Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him, "Ephphatha," that is, "Be opened." Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly. Mark 7:32-35 (NKJV)
Lord, your church has become mute. Holy Spirit, set us all free to testify to what Jesus has done for us.

And this occurred because of false brethren secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage), to whom we did not yield submission even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. Galatians 2:4-5 (NKJV)
Father, help us all find our freedom in Christ.

They desired only that we should remember the poor, the very thing which I also was eager to do. Galatians 2:10 (NKJV)
Jesus, help me remember the poor.

Lot also, who went with Abram, had flocks and herds and tents. Now the land was not able to support them, that they might dwell together, for their possessions were so great that they could not dwell together. And there was strife between the herdsmen of Abram's livestock and the herdsmen of Lot's livestock. The Canaanites and the Perizzites then dwelt in the land. Genesis 13:5-7 (NKJV)
LORD, don’t let our possessions get in the way of our fellowship.

Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. Psalm 103:1-5 (NKJV)
Jesus, please help me remember all that you have done for me and my family. Thank you.

A Word Received: Come. Come to me in humility remembering my many mercies to you.
