2020 01019

Then they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him. And He took him aside from the multitude, and put His fingers in his ears, and He spat and touched his tongue. Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him, "Ephphatha," that is, "Be opened." Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly. Mark 7:32-35 (NKJV)
Jesus, I bring those who have impediments of speech to you for your healing touch.

And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak." Mark 7:37 (NKJV)
Jesus, you do all things well. Thank you for what you have done with me.

and when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that had been given to me, they gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised. Galatians 2:9 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us give the right hand of fellowship to all who truly preach the gospel.

They desired only that we should remember the poor, the very thing which I also was eager to do. Galatians 2:10 (NKJV)
Father, help me remember the poor and those in need.

Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Psalm 103:1 (NKJV)
Father, I bless your holy name.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Psalm 103:2 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me remember what the Father has done for me.

Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3 (NKJV)
Jesus, thank you for paying the price for my forgiveness.

Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Psalm 103:4 (NKJV)
LORD, you have redeemed me from destruction. Thank you.

A Word Received: Look to me for rest and refreshment which endure. My arms are open wide to receive you; so come.
