2020 02 23

And it happened, as He was alone praying, that His disciples joined Him, and He asked them, saying, "Who do the crowds say that I am?" So they answered and said, "John the Baptist, but some say Elijah; and others say that one of the old prophets has risen again." He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Peter answered and said, "The Christ of God." Luke 9:18-20 (NKJV)
Jesus, please help this generation know you as Lord and Savior, the Holy One of God.

But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? 2 Corinthians 3:7-8 (NKJV)
Father, we pray for the ministry of your Spirit among us.

Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech-- 2 Corinthians 3:12 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please give me boldness of speech.

Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me find my freedom in you.

Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth. Why should the Gentiles say, "So where is their God?" Psalm 115:1-2 (NKJV)
     Come soon, Lord Jesus.

Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they do not speak; eyes they have, but they do not seeTh; ey have ears, but they do not hear; noses they have, but they do not smell; they have hands, but they do not handle; feet they have, but they do not walk; nor do they mutter through their throat. Those who make them are like them; so is everyone who trusts in them. Psalm 115:4-8 (NKJV)
LORD, those who worship the idol of political correctness have become deaf and dumb. Have mercy on your church and renew it.

may the LORD give you increase more and more, you and your children. May you be blessed by the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. Psalm 115:14-15 (NKJV)
LORD, we seek your blessing as we bless you.

A Word Received: You are in my care; keep your eyes on me.
