24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. 25 "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? Matthew 6:24-27 (NKJV)
Lord, I have set my heart against listening to the fear mongers on the news broadcasts.

28 So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Matthew 6:28-30 (NKJV)
Father, I still have the same clothes to wear that I had before the virus. The only thing that has happened is that I listened to fear. I have repented of fear.

31 Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:31-34 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me daily seek out the kingdom of God and God’s righteousness. I will not fear, for you are with me to comfort me.

1 Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, To the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: 2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1:1-2 (NKJV)
To the church of the Diocese of Albany in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, grace to you and peace.

11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 (NKJV)
Jesus, thank you for counting us worthy of this high calling to fulfill our Father’s good pleasure

32 'You shall rise before the gray headed and honor the presence of an old man, and fear your God: I am the LORD. Leviticus 19:32 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us honor the aged by word and deed.

33 'And if a stranger dwells with you in your land, you shall not mistreat him. 34 The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God. Leviticus 19:33-34 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us welcome the foreigners who have come to dwell among us.

22 Arise, O God, plead Your own cause; Remember how the foolish man reproaches You daily. 23 Do not forget the voice of Your enemies; The tumult of those who rise up against You increases continually. Psalm 74:22-23 (NKJV)
Lord Jesus, remember us now that you are in your kingdom. Remember those who grieve and comfort them with your Holy Spirit.

A Word Received: Keep seeking me and search out my kingdom ways.

Nunc dimittis. St. Luke ii. 29.
LORD, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word.
For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
To be a light to lighten the Gentiles, and to be the glory of thy people Israel.
