Remember their sacrifice (The American Cemetery in Manila)

1 Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, 2 fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Philippians 2 (NKJV)
Jesus, help me seek the consolations you offer rather than the world’s comforts.

4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Philippians 2 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me seek after the common good.

5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. Philippians 2 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help me have the mind of Christ.

8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Philippians 2 (NKJV)
Father, help me seek after the humility of Christ.

9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2 (NKJV)
Jesus, help me give honor to your name.

12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. 14 Do all things without complaining and disputing, Philippians 2 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, let the glory of Christ’s resurrection fall on us

1 God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Psalm 46 (NKJV)
Jesus, you are my rock of refuge no matter what happens/

4 There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. 5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. 6 The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted. Psalm 46 (NKJV)
The nations rage, LORD, but your peace is greater.

7 The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Psalm 46 (NKJV)
LORD of hosts, thank you for being with us in all our troubles.

A Word Received: Accept the sacrifice of my life and blood. It is sufficient to make you clean.
