47 Now when evening came, the boat was in the middle of the sea; and He was alone on the land. 48 Then He saw them straining at rowing, for the wind was against them. Now about the fourth watch of the night He came to them, walking on the sea, and would have passed them by. Mark 6:47-48 (NKJV)
Jesus, when we are "straining at the oars", please come to us.
49 And when they saw Him walking on the sea, they supposed it was a ghost, and cried out; 50 for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He talked with them and said to them, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid." Mark 6:49-50 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, please help us to "be of good cheer".
51 Then He went up into the boat to them, and the wind ceased. And they were greatly amazed in themselves beyond measure, and marveled. Mark 6:51 (NKJV)
Jesus, your presence beings peace; thank you.
75 I know, O LORD, that Your judgments are right, And that in faithfulness You have afflicted me. 76 Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort, According to Your word to Your servant. Psalm 119:75-76 (NKJV)
Father, let your merciful kindness come to us day by day.
A Word Received: Look to me for light and peace.
