2020 11 02

3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness: "Prepare the way of the LORD; Make straight in the desert A highway for our God. 4 Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth; 5 The glory of the LORD shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." Isaiah 40:3-5 (NKJV)
Jesus, please come and make our crooked places and ways straight.

36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, "Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field." 37 He answered and said to them: "He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. Matthew 13:36-40 (NKJV)
Lord, who can doubt that the enemy has sown tares among us.

41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear! Matthew 13:41-43 (NKJV)
Jesus, I trust your judgment to sort us out at the time of the harvest.

10 Afterward I came to the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah, the son of Mehetabel, who was a secret informer; and he said, "Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us close the doors of the temple, for they are coming to kill you; indeed, at night they will come to kill you." 11 And I said, "Should such a man as I flee? And who is there such as I who would go into the temple to save his life? I will not go in!" 12 Then I perceived that God had not sent him at all, but that he pronounced this prophecy against me because Tobiah and Sanballat had hired him. 13 For this reason he was hired, that I should be afraid and act that way and sin, so that they might have cause for an evil report, that they might reproach me. Nehemiah 6:10-13 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, do not let us heed the prophets of doom that would lead us astray.

1 Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; Preserve my life from fear of the enemy. 2 Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, Psalm 64:1-2 (NKJV)

10 The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and trust in Him. And all the upright in heart shall glory. Psalm 64:10 (NKJV)
LORD, let our trust in you bring us joy.

9 You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it; The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it. 10 You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth. Psalm 65:9-10 (NKJV)
Father, let your river flow over us and refresh us.

13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing. Psalm 65:13 (NKJV)
LORD, let us see your glory in the richness of the harvest.

A Word Received: Pray for the day of my harvest that there will be a bountiful in gathering.
