All Creatures of Our God and King (LASST UNS ERFREUEN)

1 Now when they drew near Jerusalem, and came to Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, 2 saying to them, "Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Loose them and bring them to Me. 3 And if anyone says anything to you, you shall say, 'The Lord has need of them,' and immediately he will send them." Matthew 21:1-3 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us to be disciples who willingly go ahead to prepare the way for Jesus to enter into our city.

9 Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: "Hosanna to the Son of David! 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!' Hosanna in the highest!" Matthew 21:9 (NKJV)
Jesus, I pray for the multitudes in your church that they too will cry "Hosanna" at your coming.

1 Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: 2 Peter 1:1 (NKJV)
Holy Father, help all who have received the apostolic faith to retain it.

2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 2 Peter 1:2 (NKJV)
Jesus, let your grace and peace be multiplied among us.

9 "Yet it was I who destroyed the Amorite before them, Whose height was like the height of the cedars, And he was as strong as the oaks; Yet I destroyed his fruit above And his roots beneath. 10 Also it was I who brought you up from the land of Egypt, And led you forty years through the wilderness, To possess the land of the Amorite. 11 I raised up some of your sons as prophets, And some of your young men as Nazirites. Is it not so, O you children of Israel?" Says the LORD. 12 "But you gave the Nazirites wine to drink, And commanded the prophets saying, 'Do not prophesy!' Amos 2:9-12 (NKJV)
Holy Father, we have sinned and gone after the folly of our hearts. Bring us back to you.

1 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. 3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. Psalm 1:1-3 (NKJV)
Jesus, help us to become a people who walk in your counsel. Thank you.

A Word Received: Look to me to cleanse you of folly and disobedience.
