London Philharmonic Choir - Once to Every Man and Nation

begotten, not made, (Nicene Creed)
Father, thank you for choosing Mary to bring Jesus to us. Help us to respond as she did.

Lilies Of The Field - Amen 1963 Sidney Poitier
LORD, help us sing and tell the story of your saving work.

33 "Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country. 34 Now when vintage-time drew near, he sent his servants to the vinedressers, that they might receive its fruit. 35 And the vinedressers took his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first, and they did likewise to them. Matthew 21:33-36 (NKJV)
Father, we are seeing that same disrespect for you in our day.

37 Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.' 38 But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.' 39 So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him. Matthew 21:37-39 (NKJV)
Jesus, you endured that for us; thank you.

40 Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?" 41 They said to Him, "He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons." Matthew 21:40-41 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help the church recognize that there is is a judgment coming for it unfaithfulness.

11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. 2 Peter 3:11-13 (NKJV)
Jesus, though judgment is coming upon your church, I look forward to the fulfillment of your promises and the joy to come in your presence.

15 As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness. Psalm 17:15 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, prepare my heart for that day of great awakening.

A Word Received: Don't get caught up in the busyness of the season; set aside time to spend with me. I Am waiting for you with open arms.
