1 Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest 2 and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. Acts 9:1-2 (NKJV)

I urge you to listen to this "Songs of Praise for it to guide you thoughts during this time of pandemic and church division.

In 1967 Jean and I and our baby Brereton were caught up in the beginning of the Nigerian Civil War. Jean and our baby were evacuated on the last flight out of rebel territory. I had to stay on for a couple months more till the school was closed by the war. We lost everything we owned except for our lives. We had to keep reminding ourselves that what we lost were only things. We still had our lives and Jesus when many others lost their lives. I don't know what will happen in this time of pandemic and church division, but I know I have a life eternal in Jesus wherever he may lead me.
