Jesus, all for Jesus.wmv

1 Six days before the Passover, Jesus arrived at Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. 2 Here a dinner was given in Jesus' honor. Martha served, while Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with him. John 12:1-2 (NIV)
Jesus, I long to set at table with you in the Kingdom of God.

3 Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. John 12:3 (NIV)
Holy Spirit, bless Mary's humility. In your kindness raise up vocations for the Sisters of St. Mary.

7 "Leave her alone," Jesus replied. "[It was intended] that she should save this perfume for the day of my burial. 8 You will always have the poor among you, but you will not always have me." John 12:7-8 (NIV)
Father, help me take to heart that the poor are among us and need compassion and help.

3 While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of a man known as Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head. Mark 14:3 (NIV)
Jesus, show what you want us to give to you that is precious and costly.

1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Hebrews 12:1 (NIV)
Holy Spirit, help us heed the testimonies of faith and lay aside every burden that weighs us down.

2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2 (NIV)
Jesus, I look to you to bring my faith to completion.

3 A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; Isaiah 42:3 (NIV)
Holy Spirit, restrain me so that I do not add to the buises of those already wounded.

8 They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. Psalm 36:8 (NIV)
LORD, I thirst for more of your river.

A Word Received: Come to my table and feast on me. Let me fill you up with my Holy Spirit.
