Remember the fallen for their country.

The Lord's my Shepherd - Stuart Townend [with lyrics]

Psalm 23:1-6 (NKJV)
1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
Jesus, you ARE my shepherd and you provide for me.

2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
Father, the day will come when I too will lie beneath the grass and await the day of resurrection.

3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.
Holy Spirit, restore my spirit and lead me in your righteous paths for Jesus' sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
LORD, the day of my laying down everything draws closer. Yet I am comforted by your rod and staff as I experience your grace and mercy.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.
Thank you, Jesus, that I can come to your holy table and receive your anointing.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.
Jesus, thank you for coming close behind me and coming between me and my past sins. I long to dwell in your house forever.

It Is Well With My Soul

Note from Torre: Yesterday I joined a start-up Anglican parish, Bread of Life Anglican Church, which meets here in Schenectady. It is part of the Diocese of the Living Word (ACNA). It is renting a meeting hall for worship at the American Legion hall on Union Street. Holy Communion is at 10:00 am.

A Word Received: Live a life of hope for what I will do. I Am the Bread of Life and I will lead you to quiet pastures and still waters.
