But Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea. And a great multitude from Galilee followed Him, and from Judea and Jerusalem and Idumea and beyond the Jordan; and those from Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard how many things He was doing, came to Him. Mark 3:7-8 (NKJV)
Father, bless the retreats and quiet days and Lenten services going on around in the diocese.

So He told His disciples that a small boat should be kept ready for Him because of the multitude, lest they should crush Him. Mark 3:9 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us prepare the way for Jesus.

For He healed many, so that as many as had afflictions pressed about Him to touch Him. Mark 3:10 (NKJV)
Jesus, anoint the healing ministry throughout the diocese.

And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, "You are the Son of God." But He sternly warned them that they should not make Him known. Mark 3:11-12 (NKJV)
Father, keep us from listening to anything that is evil.

And He went up on the mountain and called to Him those He Himself wanted. And they came to Him. Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach, and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons: Mark 3:13-15 (NKJV)
Jesus, call many into your ministry.
We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ! We are weak, but you are strong! You are distinguished, but we are dishonored! 1 Corinthians 4:10 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, help us to be fools for Christ’s sake in the face of the world‘s wisdom.

For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power. 1 Corinthians 4:21 (NKJV) What do you want? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness? 1 Corinthians 4:20 (NKJV)
Lord, come upon me with the kingdom power of your Holy Spirit.

So all countries came to Joseph in Egypt to buy grain, because the famine was severe in all lands. Genesis 41:57 (NKJV)
Father, please use the events of nature for the advancement of your kingdom.

He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Psalm 121:3 (NKJV)
Father, keep my feet steady - do not let me fall.

The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade at your right hand. Psalm 121:5 (NKJV)
     Jesus, you are my keeper.

The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore. Psalm 121:8 (NKJV)
Holy Spirit, be with me and in all the events of my life.

A Word Received: Turn to me in your hour of need and in your hour of plenty.
