Job 35:9-13 New King James Version
9 “Because of the multitude of oppressions they cry out;
They cry out for help because of the arm of the mighty.
10 But no one says, ‘Where is God my Maker,
Who gives songs in the night,
11 Who teaches us more than the beasts of the earth,
And makes us wiser than the birds of heaven?’
12 There they cry out, but He does not answer,
Because of the pride of evil men.
13 Surely God will not listen to empty talk,
Nor will the Almighty regard it.
LORD, you give me songs in the night and hope for the future. Thank you.
Psalm 77:4-6 New King James Version
4 You hold my eyelids open;
I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
5 I have considered the days of old,
The years of ancient times.
6 I call to remembrance my song in the night;
I meditate within my heart,
And my spirit makes diligent search.
Jesus, I sing of my joy in your enduring kindness. Thank you for loving me.
A Word Received: I sang when I created the stars of heaven, and I sing with joy at your love for me.
